In the sizing what height and weight does plus and plus 2 cover? What height and weight does queen cover?: C, Queen and Plus are the same and cover 5'2"-6' tall, 145-210 lbs. D, Queen 2 and Plus 2 are also the same and cover the same height, but 185-260 lbs.
