We want you to be happy with your No Nonsense purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Items purchased from a Retail Store:
Products purchased from a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase. We do not accept returns for items bought from third-party retailers.
Items purchased from Nononsense.com:

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned and will not be accepted:
- Opened or tried-on hosiery – Hosiery is considered an intimate item and is final sale once opened. We do not accept returns for these items, as they cannot be resold or restocked.
- Socks and multi-pair packs – These must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
- Products without original tags attached – Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage – We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by misuse.
- Final sale items – Any product marked as final sale at the time of purchase is non-returnable.

Partial returns of multi-item products – If an item was sold as a multi-pack or bundle, all pieces must be returned together in unopened packaging.
Eligible Items:
- Unopened hosiery, socks, and multi-pair packs – These must be in their original, sealed packaging.

Other unworn, non-hosiery items – Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase with the packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Quality Concerns or Incorrect Items?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you have a quality concern, please contact our Consumer Care Team at 1-800-575-3497 or email consumercare@nononsense.com before initiating a return. We’re happy to assist with replacements or refunds in these cases.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for customers who abuse our return policy.
