Return Policy

We want you to love your No nonsense purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a refund for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

1. Visit nononsense.loopreturns.com
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
3. Download and print your prepaid return label
4. Pack your items securely and include your invoice in the package
   
   

Eligibility:

• Leggings and non-hosiery items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Hosiery, tights, socks must be unopened (for hygiene reasons)
• Multi-pair packs and bundles must be returned in full and unopened
• Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
  
  

Checkout+ Option:

At checkout, you can choose to pay a small fee of $3.98 to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order. If selected, there’s no charge for sending items back. If not selected, you will be responsible for a higher return shipping fee of $12 at the rates in effect at the time of your return.

Note: this does not exempt your order from final sale or other return restrictions.

Other Details:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please email consumercare@nononsense.com or call 1-800-575-3497 before initiating a return

Retail Store Purchases:

Items purchased from a retail store or third-party website must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Additional Notes:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who we believe are abusing our policy.
• Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
• Original shipping and return insurance fees are non-refundable.
